Refreshing and Appetizing Hot and Sour Shredded Potato

Let’s Welcome Summer with the Hot and Sour Savory dish.
Summer is near, and hot and sour appetizers are always popular in this season. 
I really enjoy shredded potato and would like to recommend this refreshing and a little spicy dish for the summer.  

🥔Hot and Sour Shredded Potato🥔

Potato  2 Pcs
Green onion  1 Stalk 
Garlic  1 Tablespoon 
Green Chili  1 Tablespoon 
Sichuan pepper  1 Teaspoon 
Chili  1 Piece 
White sesame oil  Some 

1. Shred the potatoes and soak in water. Set aside. 
2. Put oil in the frying pan. Add a teaspoon of Sichuan pepper, chili and garlic slice to sauté over low heat. 
3. Drain the potatoes that have been soaked in water. Stir fry them in the frying pan and add chopped green chili. Stir fry them quickly until the sauce is thickened. 
4. Add chopped green onion and white sesame oil to serve. 

Let’s start the week with this hot and sour shredded potato.
