Taiwan has lifted the Covid-19 restrictions and recently reopened its borders. People plan their itineraries to travel abroad. Many of my good friends already have spent wonderful vacations in Thailand and just flown back home. We know that the Thai massage is an everyday must-have tour while traveling in Thailand. And those who had been to Thailand would know that the most popular product in Thailand's airports is a variety of essential oils.

Abysse is a local Taiwanese essential oil brand that I've just found. And recently, I tried Abysse's massage essential oil with natural plant extract and I personally love these oils so much. As the Brand uses raw materials imported from France and Spain, the fragrances smell so good and comfortable so I would use the essential oil as perfume.

Abysse's four main massages essential oil series are as follows
Rosemary Body Drainage Massage Oil
When I first tried this oil, I found that its scent smelled so comfortable. And the ingredients have lemon and grapefruit as well. It's a product with elegant, natural fragrances. This essential oil is suitable for those who sit in the office for a long time or prolonged standing. This oil can speed up metabolism and reduce water retention.

Fennel Body Firming Massage Oil
If you belong to those who often have cold hands and feet, this essential oil is a must-have product you need in life. The product's ingredients have ginger, black pepper, and star anise, which can speed up blood circulation. After a workout, I would use the essential oil with a scraping board to have a full body massage to get my body lines sharper.

Lavender Relaxing Massage Oil
Do you ever realize that it's not easy to sleep well nowadays? Busy work, pressure, and smartphone addiction are the factors that affect you, and feel hard to calm down.

Heard from a neurologist who specializes in providing treatment for sleep problems, if you need good sleep you have to create a good environment for sleep. Therefore, I would use this lavender essential oil to massage the bottom of my foot for relaxation. Besides the lavender scent, you would feel relieved while massaging the bottom of the foot. Your body and mind can get relaxed before sleeping. This product has become one of my long-haul flight essentials, which makes me more comfortable.

Rose Conditioning Massage Oil

The period pain happened to me since my first period as a girl. So now I would use this rose essential oil to massage my belly and chest to ease my mood swings and get relief from the menstrual cramps. Guys, if some of your female friends have the same problems during their periods, please gift them a bottle of this rose essential oil to get rid of the period pain.

Everybody's life has changed in the post-COVID-19 era. It's also the era to make us realize the balance of our body, mind, and soul is quite important. It would be wonderful to calm down at the right moment and communicate with those around you.
